Since its announcement, Microsoft has brought many updates and changes to the Xbox One. Starting November 12, its biggest change comes in the form of backwards compatibility. Whether it can help close the gap on its competition, the PS4, remains to be seen. But for Xbox One owners, their catalog will increase significantly.
To be specific, 104 Xbox One Backward Compatibility games will come to the Xbox One. Some of the highlights on this list include the entire Gears of War catalog, Assassin’s Creed II, Fallout 3, and Borderlands. In addition to these 104 games, Games with Gold after Nov. 12 will be playable on Xbox One.
There are some games that are missing from the list that will be coming later on, starting in December. According to Xbox.com’s news release, we can expect Halo Reach, Halo Wars, Call of Duty: Black Ops 1, Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, and Skate 3 to join the list of backwards compatible games.
