Batman Rules Out Magical Influence in this clip from Justice League Dark

Jan 9, 2017

The Dark Knight is above all else, a detective. He utilizes evidence and empirical data in his war on crime. While the other members of the Justice League, themselves gifted with extraordinary powers, look for a magical explanation for a rash of unexplained crimes throughout the world, Batman is looking for a more human component. Unfortunately, the forces aligning against him and the rest of the League defy explanation and are growing in power.

In this clip from the soon to be released Justice League Dark, the league is discussing a series of attacks that seemingly have a supernatural or “magical” component. With most of the team on board with considering the impossible, Batman stands as the lone holdout and has a message for his fellow heroes as he takes his leave. Watch the clip below and let us know what you think.

When innocent civilians begin committing unthinkable crimes across Metropolis, Gotham City and beyond,  Batman must call upon mystical counterparts to eradicate this demonic threat to the planet. Enter Justice League Dark, reluctantly led by the Hellblazer himself, John Constantine. Like Batman, Constantine is a cunning, often cynical loner who is the best at his chosen profession – but quickly realizes the sinister forces plaguing the planet will require help from other supernatural alliances. Forming a new “league” with sorceress Zatanna, otherworldly Deadman, and Jason Blood and his powerful alter ego Etrigan the Demon, this team of Dark Arts specialists must unravel the mystery of Earth’s supernatural plague and contend with the rising, powerful villainous forces behind the siege – before it’s too late for all of mankind.

Justice League Dark arrives on Blu-Ray/DVD February 7, 2017 and on Digital HD January 24th.
