Mar 1, 2017

David Fincher has always been an iconic figure in the world of entertainment. The visionary director has taken us on different journeys both external and surreal in films like Se7en, The Game, Fight Club and Gone Girl. He’s also ventured into television by bringing us the Emmy-Award winning series House of Cards. Fincher and Netflix have teamed up to bring a new vision to the streaming service and the trailer looks both surreal and disturbing.

Executive produced by both Fincher and Academy Award winner Charlize Theron (Monster), the series follows two FBI agents in 1979 as they interview incarcerated serial killers in order to use the information gathered to solve current crimes. The series stars Jonathan Groff (Hamilton), Holt McCallany (Blue Bloods) and Anna Torv (Fringe). Mindhuner is based on the 1996 book Mind Hunter: Inside The FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit, by former special agent John Douglas and Mark Olshaker.
