Last night the Super Powered Fancast crew went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in glorious IMAX 3D and as we sat through the trailers, we saw the teaser for something we weren’t expecting.
We were treated with the first teaser trailer for the upcoming ABC series Marvel’s Inhumans. Usually, I don’t like to post teaser trailers because they are usually just a precursor to a full length trailer immediately after, but as the series is still in production and there was no video of the performances attached, it’s safe to say that this teaser was more about setting up one of the central conflicts of the series; the relationship between Maximus and Black Bolt.
The teaser hints at Maximus’ plotting to betray Black Bolt and his motives are questioned by an unknown female (many are speculating that it might be Crystal). Inhumans seems to shaping up to be a more serious drama for both Marvel and ABC and I cannot wait to see the premiere in IMAX September 1, 2017 and the rest of the series this fall.
