March’s Lootaku has arrived and this month’s theme is dedicated to Weapon Masters!

Lootaku is a premium monthly subscription box all the way from Hong Kong. Each box features geek collectibles every month and includes 4 to 6 epic items ranging from Figures, Comics, T-Shirts, Mugs, Plushies and more. The name Lootaku originates from the words “Loot” and Otaku”, Otaku meaning a person who is obsessed to things like video games, anime, manga, etc…

This month’s Lootaku includes:

  • Master Stars Piece (Special Version) – One Piece Figure
  • Anime Funko Pop!
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Funko Keychains.
  • Best of Anime Mystery Minis
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Micro-series #5

One thing I love about this months crate is the variation of items you can possibly get. For example: The Master Stars Piece (Special Version) figure can either be Trafalgar Law or Roronoa Zoro.

The Figure I received was of Trafalgar Law, of the series One Piece, and it is beautifully detailed. I’m a fan of Master Star Piece figures, we even have a few Dragon Ball Z ones on display. The sculpture and painting on each figure is highly detailed and at a reasonable price. This figure comes apart at the waist, has a removable sword, and when put together stands at 10.2 inches. This has to be my favorite item from Lootaku yet! Now I think we’ll have to pick up Luffy to go with it.

This month’s crate also came with a Funko Pop figure. You could either get Ichogo or Rukia from Bleach, Kirito from Sword Art Online, or Maka from Soul Eater. I got Maka, who is awesome, so no complaints there.

How can you have a Weapon Masters theme and not include The Ninja Turtles. Subscribers will get any of these four Ninja Turtles Pop keychains: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello or Rafael. I scored Donatello. Also included, was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Micro-Series comic #5 of either Karai or Splinter. My comic was of the villain, Karai. I haven’t read it yet though.

Finally, we have the Best of Anime Mystery Mini figure. This is actually my 4th Anime Mystery Mini now from this Best-of series, this time I got Kirito of Sword Art Online. I didn’t have him before so this is an instant win of course.

This month’s box had a well balanced amount of fighters proficient with weapons. The Trafalgar figure alone made this crate well worth it. I am overall very please with this month’s crate especially considering the fact that I am a fan of every series included.

Next Month’s theme is ROBOMANIA!
