Are you a fan of the movies? Were you disappointed after the Hellraiser II movie titled Hellbound? I know most people are. As for myself I loved them all. I cannot get enough stories of my favorite Cenobite Pinhead. Well this comic, written by the most deranged and morbid mind in America (yes this includes Stephen King), has continued the story of Kristy Cotton. It is twenty five years later and again the Lemarchand Configuration needs to be found and stopped. This time Pinhead has a deal in place that could make him Elliott Spencer once again. This story starts fast and gives quick flashbacks. The great part of this Volume is you get to see another side of Pinhead. A side that makes you feel he is human after all, even though he is a deadly foe.

Now this comic is not at all meant for kids. The blood and gore are just intense and Leonardo and Stephen can make you look twice at your skin to make sure the blood has not spilled on you. Let’s just say you can feel the pain as the chains rip through the bodies. If you are looking for a good freight and a lot of blood for your Halloween enjoyment, then I highly suggest this book. The only problem you will have is that the story continues into Volume two. Which means running to the local comic shop to finish the story arc. As Pinhead says “Just come here and die child, while you still have the option of doing it quickly”. Have a great Halloween everyone!!!
