1:2 Scale Wonder Woman Statue By Prime 1 Studio Review

Dec 31, 2018

The 1:2 scale Wonder Woman statue made by Prime 1 Studio is something any Wonder Woman collector will desire.  Sculpted to replicate the look of Gal Gadot from the Batman V Superman movie, this statue comes standing at about 40” tall and it’s quite a wonder to look at.  The base is exactly the same as the Superman 1:2 scale statue which you can read about too.  It’s heavy, has the four spotlights, and two emblems for the base to use. One with the BvS symbol and her symbol of course.  This statue goes quite above and beyond.  The likeness is uncanny and the costume material used here just looks absolutely perfect. Her lasso feels like an actual piece of rope, her sword and shield have some very nice weight to them.  The use of real looking hair is a plus and not just on the top of her head, but also her top eye lashes use lifelike hair where the bottom lashes are painted on.  Her suit and weapons also have some battle scars which are a very nice touch.  Assembly is very easy and the leather strap is the only piece that took me a few minutes to make sure I had it on right because it does get a bit tight and I wanted to make sure I didn’t damage it from pulling on it too hard.  This is quite unlike any statue I have ever seen before and I do believe Prime 1 Studio has truly outdone themselves here and anyone lucky enough to add this to their collection will be beyond happy.  With only 750 being made and costing at $2,099.00, it is a heavy price to pay to add what is really a piece of fine art to your home.
