According to the Hollywood reporter, Benedict Cumberbatch, (Doctor Strange) has joined the Cast of Spider-Man 3 (Editor’s Note: Predicting its called Spider-Man: No Place Like Home).
Spider-Man 3 is supposedly filming in New York next week. This would likely place some connection between WANDAVISION, Spider-Man 3, and Doctor Strange: The Multiverse of Madness. Whether the casting of Jamie Fox’s Electro will play into Doctor Strange is currently unknown. There however is much to speculate since its been confirmed that the multiverse will be explored with the good and strange Doctor.
Its most likely that Doctor Strange will play some sort of mentor role for Peter Parker, maybe even playing into the Spider-Man: One more day story line in which Spiderman trades his marriage for his secret Identity to be returned. Seeing as how in the MCU Spider-Man’s Identity has been revealed to the world it can be speculated that Doctor Strange or Wanda Maximoff’s actions in WANDAVISION will have some sort of impact on Spider-Man 3.
