‘Ant-Man and The Wasp’ 1980s Flashback Takes Place In Argentina

Oct 24, 2017

Ant-Man and The Wasp production will be finishing up in November but there are still a couple key scenes to shoot.

We’ve learned that their Wasp flashback scene set in the 1980s is hiring extras to play “military goons”.

Now, Omega Underground has discover where in the world this scene is taking place. A recent casting call is seeking men and women to play 1980s Argentinian. The assumption is that they would need these extras for a scene set in Argentina (shooting in Atlanta).

-1980s Argentinian

-Men and Women

-Latin/Hispanic

Shooting dates include the week of October 23rd, full days on October 30-31.

I’m curious if the scene will be a bit of a nod to Michael Douglas’ Romancing The Stone.

Ant-Man and The Wasp is set for release on July 6th, 2018.
