‘Ant-Man and The Wasp’ Casting Prisoners and Prison Guards

Aug 9, 2017

Omega Underground has uncovered another Marvel casting call. This new one for Ant-Man and The Wasp (Cherry Blue) is looking to hire actors to play prisoners and prison guards as extras.

CHERRY BLUE

*PRISONERS*

-Males (25-49)

-Tough, rough convict look.

-Tattoos are fine but need clearance.

-All Ethnicities

*PRISON GUARDS*

-Males (30-49)

-5’10-6’2

-Lean/Shaven

-All Ethnicities

Shooting will take place on August 31.

It’s likely these could be flashback scenes or more than likely be happening in real time during the sequel’s timeline.

Could this be a return to The Raft?

The underwater super-prison seen in Captain America: Civil War headed-up by Sec. Ross (Thunderbolt Ross/Red Hulk).

Some other things we’ve gathered from previous casting calls (FBI advisor and FBI Agents) is that Scott Lang (Rudd) is on the run from the FBI, possibly headed by Randall Park’s Agent Jimmy Woo (originally an FBI Agent in his comic book debut in the 1950s).

It’s also possible that the FBI and Woo are working alongside William Hurt‘s Ross here as they’re a federal agency, not confirmed though. Ross seemed to be the one potentially to throw the hammer on any of these fugitive Avengers, like Ant-Man.

I’m personally rooting that Jimmy Woo’s addition get’s us closer to Agents of Atlas (Jimmy leads the superhero team) or the Atlas Foundation making their MCU debut, leading to a spin-off film. It could be interesting if Woo took the name of “Atlas” for his squad.

Ant-Man and The Wasp will be released on July 6th, 2018.
