Cillian Murphy will reportedly reunite with director Christopher Nolan on his WWII action film Dunkirk, according to The Wrap.
Murphy will have a major role in film the which “chronicles the WWII evacuation of Dunkirk during Operation Dynamo, the British military operation that saved the lives of 330,000 Allied soldiers who were surrounded by German forces”.
Other new additions include newcomers Jack Lowe (War and Peace, Passing Bells) and Aneurin Barnard.
The rest of the cast includes recent Oscar winner Mark Rylance, Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, Fionn Whitehead and Harry Styles.
Nolan and Cillian Murphy previously worked on the films Inception and Batman Begins
Dunkirk is expected to begin production soon with a official release date set for July 21st, 2017.
