Ultimately, I’ll be filing for bankruptcy soon because my comic book haul only seems to get larger each week. Why are there so many great comic books? With Marvel’s All New All Different launch I’ve been subjected to buying so many new titles and variants. DC keeps me busy because my wife keeps finding new titles she wants AND I have to get Batman & Robin Eternal WEEKLY. And on top of all of this, even the smaller publishers are putting out books I have to start checking out.

Thankfully, almost every book I’ve picked up has been a blast to read. This week, there were so many great comics to choose from, I really had a hard time narrowing down my “Comic Book Pick of the Week”. I had three titles competing for that spot, but a new release from DC grabbed that honor! Make sure you watch until the end to see the weekly suggestion!

And as always, I’d love to hear what all you got this week! Plus, let me know if I missed out on any sleeper titles or books that I should look in to! I love getting new suggestions and seeing other people’s collections. This may not have been my biggest comic book haul ever, but I guarantee its one you should check out!

I was born in Tarentum, PA and moved around the east coast for a majority of my youth. The only constant was my love of geek culture (anime, video games, comics). My family finally settled in northern Virginia and I met my wife there. I was able to convert her to the dork side and now have a partner who may be more knowledgeable in comics than I am. Shortly after marriage I started a YouTube channel and recently got into making comic book content. I focus mainly on short reviews and weekly comic pulls. Other content includes a weekly wrestling show featuring my YouTube friends and Let’s Plays. My professional life has consisted of customer service work in the grocery industry. I’ve been able to learn a lot though and have become a pretty good cook and beer snob. Even nerds like classy things.
