Composer Michael Giacchino Returns To Tackle ‘Jurassic World’ Sequel

In a new Hollywood Reporter interview with the extremely busy composer Michael Giacchino (Doctor Strange, Rogue One, Jurassic World, Star Trek Beyond, Dawn of The Planet of The Apes) it’s revealed one of his many film assignments will be returning to tackle the score for the sequel to Jurassic World.

His other upcoming projects include War For The Planet of The Apes, Spider-Man: Homecoming and The Incredibles 2.

Considering how he turned-out the Rogue One score in four months, his ability to create great music in a short amount of time is making him quite the popular composer.

The untitled Jurassic World sequel stars Chris PrattBryce Dallas Howard along with Rafe Spall (Prometheus), Toby Jones (Captain America), Justice Smith (The Get Down) and BD WongColin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly penned the script with J.A. Bayona (A Monster Calls, The Impossible) set to takeover directing duties, as Trevorrow is busy with Star Wars: Episode IX.

It’s release date is set for June 22nd, 2018.
