Every first and third Monday of the month, we at Geeks With Wives post a gallery filled with professional quality photos. These photos can be of one specific cosplayer in a single outfit or of a group of cosplayers portraying a single theme.
This week, we feature the Ookami Siblings cosplaying from Zabimaru from Bleach!
Tell us a little about this cosplay and why you chose to do it:
“My little sister and I are partners-in-crime when it comes to cosplay and we both choose which characters from the same series to cosplay that fit our personality. Ever since we watched Bleach and saw the spirit form of Zabimaru, we immediately wanted to cosplay them. Zabimaru was my first difficult cosplay that I have made and styled by hand (both my outfit and my little sister’s, and the prop). Although it was a slightly heavy and hot outfit, my sister and I had tons of fun cosplaying Zabimaru. The two characters’ personalities fit both my sister and I, which allowed us to bring the character to life. We fight and we argue, but we always work together as a team, just like the Zabimaru within Bleach.”
