Daniel Craig Says “Nothing Has Been Confirmed” Concerning ‘Bond 25’
I hate say I told you so, but it doesn’t look like Daniel Craig is really confirmed for Bond 25 after all, despite plenty of outlets claiming that he was.
The man himself on the promotional tour for Logan Lucky revealed to the Preston & Steve Daily Podcast (via ThePlaylist) that nothing is confirmed concerning his return for Bond 25.
“You know, I don’t want to be coy, but I really can’t talk about this. Nothing has been confirmed. I know what the papers are saying, and when I read them, I’m thinking ‘What?!’ but nothing is confirmed,” he told WMMR’s Preston & Steve Daily Podcast.
Some outlets were recycling a false RadarOnline rumor (and from last year) that Daniel had reached a deal for two more films earning $75 million per film.
Nothing is confirmed or official until Eon Pictures announces it, that’s how it goes concerning Bond as any outlet can post any story and it will go unchallenged by Eon.
Bond 25 will be released on November 8th, 2019.
