‘Daredevil’ Himself Charlie Cox is Still Hoping To Appear in ‘Captain America: Civil War’

Apr 2, 2015

Charlie Cox is about to become a household name amongst many Marvel fans. Next week the very first Netflix/Marvel series Daredevil debuts with Cox in the lead as Matt Murdock better known as the Daredevil. Now while speaking with IGN the actor was asked what Marvel character would he like Daredevil to meet on screen. His answer is pretty interesting stating that he is currently reading Mark Millar’s Civil War and would just love to cameo in the upcoming film Captain America: Civil War by The Russo Brothers out in 2016. He does however clarify that Marvel has yet to call him for the film but that’s something he would love to do:

It should be noted that Daredevil plays a pretty large role in the Civil War storyline on the side of Captain America. He also does have some of the coolest lines in the entire story arc calling out Tony Stark as the biblical Judas for betraying all his friends to the authority’s.
