The follow up to the highly successful Justice League vs Teen Titans animated film was announced at the Premiere panel for Batman: The Killing Joke along with other upcoming DC animated films, the latest being the upcoming Justice League Dark.
The next movie from DC Animated is one of the most polarizing and popular stories involving the Teen Titans. The new film Teen Titans: The Judas Contract is set to be released in spring 2017. The story, created by Marv Wolfman and George Perez saw the introduction of the character Terra, Kid Flash leaving the team, the rise of Deathstroke as the team’s main villain and Dick Grayson leaving the Robin mantle and becoming Nightwing.
The first teaser poster for the film has been released and while it doesn’t show a lot of information about the plot or characters, the flying rocks do hint at Terra being involved in the story. No additional details have been released, but we will be following this story as it develops.
