Late last year it was announced that DCTV-god Greg Berlanti was looking to bring another DC Comics show to the small screen. It was revealed that FOX had picked up the Black Lightning TV Show from Berlanti. Unfortunately, it was also revealed that the show would not be connected to the ever growing Arrow-verse on The CW which includes Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and the Legends of Tomorrow (Also by some extent Constantine).
Now the guys over at My Entertainment World has revealed that the show is expected to begin filming it’s pilot episode this March in New Orleans:
Casting for the role of Black Lightning has yet to be announced but should be revealed very soon.
