Disney Moving Forward With A Live-Action ‘Winnie-the-Pooh’ Movie

Deadline is reporting that Disney is looking to give yet another one of their properties the live-action treatment. After Alice in Wonderland, Maleficent and Cinderella all being mostly successful Disney is forging forward with live-action adaptions of Beauty & The Beast, Mulan, Dumbo and now Winnie the Pooh. The film will follow and adult Christopher Robin as he travels back to the 100 Acre Wood and meets his life long companion Winnie the Pooh. Screenwriter Alex Ross Perry is set to pen the script for this new project.
