Production on the upcoming Power Rangers reboot film is starting up soon. We already had all our Rangers cast late last year but what about the villain of the film? Well, today Saban with Lionsgate announced that The Hunger Games and Pitch Perfect star Elizabeth Banks has joined the cast as the evil Rita Repulsa.
