‘Episode IX’ Working Title ‘Black Diamond’ Looks To Be Confirmed

It was recently reported by new Star Wars news site FanthaTracks that the working title for Star Wars: Episode IX would be Black Diamond. The title would be just used for development, pre-production, and filming.

An updated listing we have for the film supports and reaffirms this possible working title.

We’re excited to see how this trilogy will end and production is still expected to begin shooting in June in the United Kingdom at Pinewood Studios.

The untitled Star Wars sequel is set for release on December 20th, 2019.
