Earlier in the week, Omega Underground uncovered a batch of audition tapes for CW’s Riverdale spinoff and Sabrina The Teenage Witch reboot titled Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Actresses previously vying for the role of Sabrina included Charlie Torr, Ariel Kaplan, Bekka Walker, Adelina Hudson, and Julia Rehwald.
Now, we have another audition tape for established Australian theatre actress Maggie McKenna, best known for her stint playing Muriel Heslop in Muriel’s Wedding the Musical.
They’re also seeking an actor to play the role of Harvey Kinkle, which is the character off-camera speaking with Sabrina.
CW’s Riverdale shoots in Vancouver, so there is an expectation Chilling Aventures of Sabrina could shoot there too. Riverdale completes filming season two on March 21st.
