While production on the fourth Men In Black movie from director F. Gary Gray which stars Thor: Ragnarok co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson is expected to begin next month, they’ve hired a key crew member. Which should signal a big step forward for action set pieces.
First, Omega Underground has learned some new details about the film which will see Tessa’s character Em try to prove herself by joining the London MIB and is paired with the former ace Agent H, played by Hemsworth. The pair become involved in a murder mystery that has them tavelling the globe.
We recently confirmed Agent H is Chris Hemsworth via an audition tape.
Also, Omega Underground has learned that seasoned stunt coordinator Wade Eastwood will be returning to the Men In Black franchise after previously working on Men In Black 3.
Eastwood’s other credits include Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Jack Reacher 2, Edge of Tomorrow, Salt, and the upcoming Hot Wheels film (from fellow Fast and Furious director Justin Lin).
Filming is expected to take place in London starting on June 18th along with European countries such as Germany (we assume others as well).
Sony has set the release date for June 14th, 2019.
