First Look At 007 In ‘Spectre’ Still And Austrian Set Footage

Feb 12, 2015

A new behind the scenes video posted by gives us a first look at the gorgeous setting of the snowy alps of Austria for the next Bond installment Spectre.

Along with the first official still from the film which has Daniel Craig’s Bond looking like he’s about to kick some ass and possibly make a thrilling getaway down a ski-slope.

Filmmakers are hoping to top the exciting and hugely successful Skyfall and this stunning locale seems to be one of the first steps.

The sequel includes most of the Skyfall cast returning along with new additions such as Christoph Waltz as Oberhauser, Andrew Scott as Denbigh, David Bautista as henchman Mr. Hinx, Monica Bellucci as Lucia Sciarra, and Lea Seydoux as Madeleine Swann.

A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.

I can’t help but get really pumped to see what else director Sam Mendes can give us since Skyfall has been one of the best Bond films in a long time. I’m just hoping they sort of scale back the misogyny a bit and a little more concrete consensual sex.

Since there’s a point in Skyfall where you sort of question if he’s forcing himself upon a woman in a shower scene as she isn’t even given a chance to give consent or not.

Spectre is set for release on November 6th, 2015.
