First ‘Titans’ Season Two Character Breakdown Possibly Reveals Jericho

Jan 23, 2019

With season two reportedly beginning production this March, the first character breakdown for season two of DC’s ‘Titans’ has been released. Check it out below!

As a young boy, Max was a kind-hearted soul who never measured up to the expectations of his domineering military father. Bullied by his peers, he retreated even further inward. Heʼs a misfit whoʼs always longed for acceptance and love, but never found it, always suffering betrayal by those he dared to believe in most. As a result, heʼs grown into a young man who now longs to inflict pain on all those who have caused him pain..

The breakdown calls for a male of of Asian or Latino descent, age 21-42, who is hard of hearing or deaf, while noting that it would help to know ASL. The character will be a series regular after he makes his first appearance as well.

Given that the character is the son of “military father”, and Geoff Johns confirming that they will eventually adapt Judas Contract, it’s incredibly likely that this breakdown is for Jericho, the son of  mercenary Deathstroke. Jericho joined the Titans during Judas Contract to help save them from his father. In the comics, Jericho is mute, but it seems they may be switching that up to make him deaf for the show.

‘Titans’ season does not yet have a release date.
