Netflix has unveiled the first official trailer for their upcoming revival, Voltron: Legendary Defender.
The trailer doesn’t reveal too much aside from different angles of this variation of the Lion Force Voltron (1984) as it’s assembling.
Voltron first debuted in 1984. The original title “Voltron: Defender of the Universe” featured a team of astronauts that pilot a super robot known as Voltron. Throughout the series there has been different variations of Voltron. The first and most popular version, Lion Force Voltron (Voltron of The Far Universe) was featured in the first season. The second season featured the “Vehicle Force Voltron”.
The first season will consist of 13 episodes and will premiere on June 10th, 2016.
