Fox Hires ‘Pacific Rim’ Prologue VFX Supervisor For ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’

Simon Kinberg wrapped production on X-Men: Dark Phoenix last month and we’ve now learned who will be overseeing the film’s visual effects team as it begins a lengthy post-production.

Fox has enlisted Zachary Tucker as the film’s visual effects supervisor. Tucker was behind the prologue sequence for Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim. He’s also worked in other VFX capacities on projects such as Lord of The Rings: Return of The King, Titanic, X-Men, and Fight Club.

Dark Phoenix is set for release on November 2nd, 2018.
