On January 8th, I had the pleasure of interviewing the Art Director, Cory Heald, of Underbite Games, while I played Super Dungeon Tactics on PC (SDT). SDT is a turn-based strategy game with well-thought-out mechanics built for fans of the genre. Unlike heavier games like X-COM, SDT can run on just about any modern PC, even those without a discrete GPU.
Cory provided us with a rare insight into the development of a tremendous indie-game. Released on December 14th, 2016, SDT is still receiving support, including a big update to the UI based on user-requests.
