My initial hardware impressions of this super low-priced but extremely capable new tablet from Acer, running Windows 8.1. We’ll walk through the hardware and also talk a lot about how it compares to the Toshiba Portege Z10t-A2110, a 2014 business tablet with a similar profile. A device that would work well in either the board room or the classroom, the Acer Aspire Switch 11 proves its manufacturer still has the chops.
A couple of bullets that I either neglected to mention in the video or said that I would follow up on:
– Right now, I do not see myself ever purchasing a laptop that is NOT a Microsoft Signature series device, as long as that program is still going on
– Confirmed, this device does come with 4GB of RAM out of the box
