Previously, we revealed that Deadpool 2‘s cinematographer Jonathan Sela and production designer David Scheunemann joined the Fast and Furious spinoff Hobbs and Shaw.
The Universal action film stars Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham.
Now, we’ve learned that director David Leitch is adding yet another of his Deadpool alum to the project with visual effects supervisor Dan Glass.
His credits include projects such as Deadpool 2, The Hateful Eight, Ninja Assassin, Speed Racer, V For Vendetta, Matrix Reloaded, and Matrix Revolutions.
As we’ve reported filming will begin on September 4th in UK, Hawaii, and Atlanta.
Johnson will also begin filming Red Notice co-starring Gal Gadot sometime in April with production taking place in Europe. Statham has April plans as well with Expendables 4 set to begin it’s filming in the same month but shooting in Bulgaria.
The studio has set the film’s release date for August 2nd, 2019.
