Jason Momoa In Talks To Star In Latest Incarnation of ‘The Crow’ Remake

Aug 10, 2016

It all remains to be seen if Relativity Media’s The Crow remake will ever get made, but a new report from Mashable seemingly has Jason Momoa (Justice League, Aquaman, Game of Thrones) in talks for the lead role. They point out that director Corin Hardy and Momoa posed for a photo on his Instagram, alluding to the casting.

Will Jason’s addition finally push studios to put the remake into production?

In previous incarnations, British actress Andrea Riseborough (Oblivion, Welcome To The Punch) had been cast as the film’s villain with Norman Reedus (Triple 9, Blade 2, The Walking Dead) rumored for another baddie part. It’ll be interesting if the studio and Hardy will consider having them in the remake.

Momoa plays the guitar, which should help considering Eric Draven is a budding rockstar.
