Jeremy Renner Confirms Hawkeye Will Return For ‘Avengers: Infinity War’

Nov 14, 2016

Just last week it was announced that Mission Impossible 6 will indeed be hitting theaters in 2018. However, while speaking with Collider to promote his latest film Arrival star Jeremy Renner reveals that he may not be able to appear in MI:6 since he will be to busy filming Avengers: Infinity War & Avengers 4 back-to-back:

“I’m not sure what’s happening! I know that they’re really wanting to get it going, and I haven’t spoken to Tom about ultimately where it’s at. I know that there might be some conflict with schedules, so I’m not sure what’s going to happen. ‘Avengers’ is going to eat up a lot of next year  -  gladly    b-ut I certainly hope that won’t get in the way of Tom and I and the gang getting back together, because I’d love to.”

Hawkeye joins the recent list of heroes appearing in the mega crossover film with Doctor Strange and the Guardians of the Galaxy also making an appearance. I guess the retirement life just isn’t for Clint Barton..
