One of the highlights in Marvel’s and Netflix Jessica Jones series was the heroes junkie neighbor Malcolm. Most of the season he just wondered around high as a kite until the twist in the middle half of the season. From there Malcolm became a sidekick of sorts to the hero Jessica Jones. Even forming a special group to help the survivors of Killgrave’s mind control.
However, while at the Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Australia actor Eka Durville revealed to SpoilerTV that he is expected to return in the team-up series The Defenders:
Spoiler TV: Malcolm and Jessica were quite close by the end of Jessica Jones. So I was wondering if you know yet whether or not you’ll appear in ‘The Defenders’?
Eka: Yes. I will be in it. I’m not sure how much yet but I will be in it.
The Defenders starts production later this year
