Laura Harrier Joins Marvel’s ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ In Significant Role

Apr 15, 2016

Laura Harrier from One Life To Live has joined the cast of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Homecoming reports The Wrap. Her role isn’t being named but is said to be significant and most likely one of Peter Parker’s peers.

Laura would be joining confirmed cast members Tom Holland, Marisa Tomei and Zendaya.

Michael Keaton is also being eyed to play one of the villains.

It’s thought the new take on Spidey will be heavily influenced by the 80’s comics centred around the ‘Homecoming’ story, it makes sense with Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans rumored to be in the film.

Jon Watts will be directing with production set to begin soon in Atlanta, Georgia.

Spider-Man: Homecoming is coming to theaters on July 7th, 2017.
