The Wrap is reporting that the Agents of SHIELD spinoff we were so worried about might not be that crappy after all. It’s said the show currently untitled, I’m sure they’ll go with Mockingbird will focus on the two characters played Adrianne Palick and Nick Blood. I know Jeff isn’t as educated in the comic book mythology as some, so he’s forgiven missing the Mockingbird angle. The show will take-on the time slot which Agent Carter had in the fall, this makes sense and hopefully will have a longer episode run.

Adrianne Palick’s Bobbi is also known as Avenger and West Coast Avenger member Mockingbird and is really the only high profile character and actor on the SHIELD series. I’ll be honest when the John Wick and G.I. Joe actress joined I thought there would be a catch, there is still a chance she could be apart of Captain America: Civil War, but with this series on the way it could keep her tied-up.

Basically, the two least annoying characters on SHIELD are getting their own show, I can deal with this news.

SHIELD producer Jeffrey Bell and writer Paul Zbyszewski will be spearheading the spinoff.
