It’s been a while since we’ve had an update concerning Kung Fury 2.
Omega Underground has learned that they are now eyeing a production start sometime in September. Locations being looked for the Kung Fury 2 include Ireland and United States (possibly Los Angeles or Miami).
Joining Fassbender reportedly includes David Sandberg, Eiza Gonzalez, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and David Hasslehoff.
We thought Michael Fassbender could join Justin Kurzel‘s Nazi hunter thriller Ruin starring Gal Gadot, but that could begin filming in November. That’s unless there are production schedule aterations in the future for one of these films.
Eiza begins filming Sony’s Bloodshot next month and Arnold is expected to shoot scenes for Tim Miller’s Terminator which is currently shooting in Spain.
A release date hasn’t been announced but there is a good chance if it begins filming this fall
