Deadline has word that former Wonder Woman director Michelle MacLaren in currently in talks with Universal to direct the Chris Pratt comic book film Cowboy Ninja Viking.
The film sees an assassin (Pratt) that can channel the fighting abilities of the three titular warriors.
MacLaren is best known for her television work on shows such as Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, and The Walking Dead.
Omega Underground previously revealed production is expected to begin this June in Vancouver.
Universal has slated the release for June 28th, 2019.
