Overview

Microsoft has introduced a feature called Azure AI Studio that allows businesses to create AI chatbot “copilots” that connect to OpenAI’s ChatGPT or GPT-4 models using proprietary data. The custom copilots can use company data to answer questions and perform tasks in a manner that was previously impossible. The chatbot relies on cloud technology to track the context of conversations, but the data can come from internal sources without causing security problems. The feature allows employees, customers, and partners to use natural-language based app interfaces to find insights and information specific to the organization.
