‘Power Rangers Movie’: New Posters Tease First Look At The Megazords

Sep 21, 2016

Three words that would get me hyped as hell as a child were “It’s Morphin’ Time!” and the inner child in me is excited about Lionsgate and Saban’s big screen reboot of the original 90’s Power Rangers series. Today the studio released five new posters for New York Comic-Con that features all the Rangers and a first glimpse at their megazords.

In the original series the zords were a Mastodon, Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Sabre-toothed Tiger and a Tyrannosaurus (admit it, you read that out like the morphin sequence) and from the new posters it looks like that will still be the case.

Check the new Power Rangers New York Comic-Con Posters below:

Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.

The Power Rangers stars Dacre Montgomery as Jason the Red Ranger, RJ Cyler as Billy the Blue Ranger, Naomi Scott as Kimberly the Pink Ranger, Becky G as Trini the Yellow Ranger and Ludi Lin as Zack the Black Ranger. Elizabeth Banks and Bryan Cranston round off the cast, they play Rita Repulsa and Zordon.

Power Rangers will hit screens March 24, 2017.
