Another bit of character information is coming from The Hashtag Show (and MCU Exchange), as they’ve posted another video report concerning the upcoming Marvel series Iron Fist for Netflix.
They mention that we’ll be seeing Heroes for Hire and Daughters of the Dragon member Colleen Wing, who like Misty Knight was also a love interest and ally of Danny Rand. Her crime fighting partner Misty Knight already plays a key role in the Luke Cage series, so it’s easy to see her joining Iron Fist.
Another addition is villain Steel Serpent, who has already been teased in the first season of Daredevil and his inclusion is a safe bet. Davos, is the son of one of Daniel’s instructors the Thunderer and becomes a dangerous enemy. His connection to Madame Gao will likely be revealed as well.
Two other characters they believe will on the show include possible Rand Corp. employees Joy Meachum and Ward Meachum.
They’ve previously stated that Shang-Chi would be apart of the show. Also, that Game of Thrones actor Finn Jones has been cast in the role.
Iron Fist looks like the bulk of characters will specifically tied to Rand, rather than having them all be call-backs from the other shows.
We are expect the Netflix series could be released sometime in March or April 2017.
