EON and MGM recently confirmed that Danny Boyle would be directing Daniel Craig in his final outing as 007 in the untitled Bond 25, written by John Hodge.
A new rumor from British tabloid (take with a grain of salt) suggests that Ocean’s 8 actress Helena Bonham Carter is being eyed to play the film’s villain. Aslo, mentioning Angelina Jolie as another candidate (often named in UK tabloid reports).
One of the few reasons this makes sense is that Carter has the prestige producers seek and in one version of Skyfall, Rachel Weisz was being eyed to play the villain. In 24 movies, we have yet to see a main villain played by a woman.
Filming will officially begin this December at Pinewood UK.
The release date has been set for November 8th, 2019.
