A new rumor is coming from Collider that suggests the title of the third Apes movie will be War of The Planet of The Apes. This wouldn’t be strange since early-on we learned the title for Dawn way before it was announced officially by 20th Century Fox.
At the end of Dawn of The Planet of The Apes, it’s revealed that a group of humans will be coming to San Francisco, leading to a full scale war between apes and humans. Andy Serkis will of course reprise Caesar and Matt Reeves will be writing/directing the third installment. It’s unknown if any of the actors playing humans will be returning, but I assume Jason Clarke might be a shoe-in.
Whatever this film ends up being called it’ll be released on July 14th, 2017.
