RUMOR: Tom Hiddleston In Official Talks For Bond Role

May 27, 2016

Tom Hiddleston has been apart of the either for the new Bond for a couple of months now, he was recently apart of Daily Mail’s report that included Daniel Craig turning down $100M to play 007 for two more films.

Now, Birth.Death.Movies a usually reliable source, is now reporting that Hiddleston is indeed in Bond talks. He had been a top-contender since being apart of John le Carre’s The Night Manager, and having been educated at the posh Cambridge University. It also doesn’t hurt that his role of Marvel’s Loki has placed him on the international stage, and made him on the radar of most audience members, being a lot more known that Daniel Craig when he landed the part.

It’s important to keep that in mind as we tell you that sources close to Tom Hiddleston have told Birth.Movies.Death. that Tom Hiddleston is in fact in advanced talks to take over the role of James Bond from Daniel Craig.

Choosing words carefully, our source confirms that while talks have indeed taken place, and that Hiddleston very much wants the job (a fact of which he’s made no secret), no official offer has been made - yet.

It was just reported yesterday that Craig’s Defiance co-star Jamie Bell had talks with producers as well.
