‘Star Wars: Rogue One’ Director Gareth Edwards Talks Tone and Setting

Apr 22, 2015

In a new interview with Flicks and The City, director Gareth Edwards talks a little more in depth about the tone and setting of his Star Wars Anthology film ‘Star Wars: Rogue One’. Edwards talks about how the film is being allowed to be it’s own thing without having to setup other films, making it very different from the saga movies. Not to mention because it being a war film the lines between good and bad characters will be a bit more grey than it has been in other Star Wars films.

Rogue OneĀ focuses on a group of Rebel Alliance forces, who plan on stealing the plans for The Death Star, the war film is said not to include any jedi.
