In a casting that no one expected Deadline is now reporting Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany has landed the role of Jennifer Walters A.K.A. She-Hulk in the upcoming Disney + show. Casting was confirmed by co-star Mark Ruffalo and Showrunner Jessica Gao on twitter as they congratulated their new co-worker.
Jennifer Walters is still an attorney and cousin to Bruce Banner in the MCU version but other than that little us is known about this upcoming project.
Maslany is a huge talent garnering an Emmy for her work on Orphan Black then moving to the critically acclaimed Perry Mason on HBO.
Expect more casting news as these D+ shows begin to ramp back up again, Kamala Khan can not be far behind.
