With Taika Waititi‘s next film Jojo Rabbit expected to begin filming next month in Prague, we’ve learned about a Marvel reunion of sorts concerning its crew assembly.

Thor: Ragnarok and What We Do In The Shadows production designer Ra Vincent will be working on the WWII satire which has Scarlett Johansson (Avengers, Her) attached to play a lead role.

A young boy living with his mother (Johansson) in Nazi Germany, hides a Jewish girl in their home while also interacting with an imaginary version of Hitler (played by Taika) which is actually just a reflection of his own father.

Vincent was also set decorator on all three of Peter Jackson’s Hobbit films and art director on Neil Blomkamp’s Halo: Landfall short as well.

The film is a passion project for the director whose mother happens to be Jewish.

Fox Searchlight has yet to give Jojo Rabbit a release date.
