Controversy has been hovering over the upcoming anime adaption of the Ghost in the Shell after actress Scarlett Johansson was announced as the star. Some felt like this was a whitewashing of the clearly Japanese inspired character from the anime & manga. However, the casting aside this looks to be a beautiful futuristic film set to debut in theaters next year.
