UPDATE: ‘Deadpool 2’ Will Start Shooting In Vancouver Earlier Than Expected

Jan 9, 2017

It looks like progress is moving quicker than expected as we have updated information that suggestions David Leitch‘s Deadpool 2 will be starting production a full month than previously expected. Two production websites have posted information that shooting on Deadpool 2 will take place in May in Vancouver, not June.

Plenty of things could account for this such as smooth pre-production progress or possibly that the project is ready to go sooner than originally anticipated by the studio. This isn’t a new thing for the production either when Tim Miller was still involved a January start date was expected and due to Miller’s exit it was then bumped up to June.

A casting search is still underway to find an actor to play Nathan Summers aka Cable.

Deadpool 2 is without a release date.
