If you’re like myself and was extremely disappointed with Batman v Superman, the following video might either make you even more depressed or very happy.
The Dark Knight Trilogy: Ultimate Collector’s Edition includes an interesting discussion between directors Christopher Nolan and Richard Donner, where they talk about making their superhero films. Basically, picking each other’s brains about certain aspects of their filmmaking choices, and becomes a sort of master class of making superhero movies.
It’s heartbreaking that these two filmmakers didn’t collaborate on a something like Justice League or a film like Batman vs Superman.
I hope Zack Snyder took some notes from this video.
