Last October The GWW caught word of a new “solo” Hulk film that will likely begin production sometime this year.
The best way for this film to enter the MCU would be from Thor: Love and Thunder, She-Hulk or Dr. strange: In The Multiverse of Madness.

The reason we’ve only had a single Hulk film in the MCU is because previously the film rights to Hulk were owned by Universal Pictures.
What we know so far.
While we don’t know much about what’s going on with the film, we can confirm that it will start production later this year.
Our guess is that it will be released late 2023 to mid 2024. As always dates can change for movies, especially with the ever changing state of Hollywood.

World War Hulk is a popular comic book published throughout 2007, it serves as the sequel to Planet Hulk which was partially adapted in the 2017 film Thor: Ragnarok.
The comic focuses on Hulk coming back to earth after being banished by the Illuminati, who were also rumored to have an appearance in Dr. Strange: And The Multiverse of Madness.
